How it works
- Pay on the secure Stripe page.
- Get your key: it is shown on the confirmation page. Lost it? Open My account, enter the e-mail address you paid with and the one-time code Cloudflare sends you, and every key bought with that address is shown again.
- Activate: in AllMailFound open Help › Licence, paste the key, click Activate. Each activation claims one of your two PC seats.
- Moving to a new PC? Activate there and choose Use this PC instead: the new PC takes the licence and your other PCs ask for the key again. Moves are limited to one a day. Your account page (sign in with the key) shows which PCs are activated.
Questions
- Do I need an account?
- No password, no sign-up. The key is shown right after payment. To see it again later, open My account: enter the e-mail address you paid with, type the one-time code that arrives, and your keys and activated PCs are shown. Use the same e-mail address at checkout that you will remember.
- What counts as a PC?
- Each Windows installation you activate on. Reinstalling Windows counts as a new PC; choose "Use this PC instead" when AllMailFound says the seats are taken.
- Is it a subscription?
- No. You pay once and updates are free. Nothing is stored in the cloud: the index, your settings and your licence live on your PC.
- Refunds?
- Within 30 days, no questions asked. Use the support form with your receipt.
- Buying for a team?
