Privacy policy
The short version
AllMailFound works on your PC. Your e-mail, attachments, contacts and the search index never leave it. The software contacts the internet in two situations only, and both are described below.
No AI, no cloud
AllMailFound uses no AI model of any kind. Nothing you search for and nothing in your mail is sent to us or to any third party for processing. Indexing and searching are ordinary local computation on your own PC.
What stays on your PC
The search index, your settings, saved searches, the log and any crash reports are stored in your Windows user profile (%LOCALAPPDATA%\AllMailFound). The index is encrypted (AES-256) with a key that Windows protects for your user account, so another account on the same PC or a copy of the disk cannot read it. Uninstalling AllMailFound removes the index and the log. We have no access to any of it.

AllMailFound contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code and does not transmit search terms, message content, addresses or attachment text under any circumstances.
Support tickets
Help › Feedback and support in AllMailFound opens a ticket on our server with what you type, the topic, your name and e-mail address if you choose to give them, the AllMailFound version, the Windows version, the installation id and, only if you leave the box ticked, the last two hundred lines of the AllMailFound log (account names and file paths, never message content). Tickets are kept while we work on them and for support history afterwards; ask us to delete one at any time.
Your account page
You sign in with the e-mail address you bought with. The page is protected by Cloudflare Access: Cloudflare e-mails you a one-time code and keeps you signed in with a cookie for a short time, under its own privacy policy. We store no password. The page shows your licences and the PCs each one is activated on, and lets you reset them.
Purchases
Payments are processed by Stripe, which collects your card details and billing address under its own privacy policy; we never see your card number. We receive from Stripe the first and last name you type at checkout, your e-mail address, the order details and how you paid: the payment method and, for a card, only its brand and last four digits, which your receipt shows so you can match the charge. We use these to issue and support your licence and show your receipt, and keep them for as long as the licence is valid plus the period required by tax law.
Launch notifications
Before AllMailFound was released, the coming-soon page let visitors leave an e-mail address to hear about the release. We keep those addresses with the date, send one e-mail about the release and then delete the list. Nothing else is sent and the addresses are not shared. Contact us as described under Your rights to be removed earlier.
This website
allmailfound.com and account.allmailfound.com are delivered through Cloudflare, which processes visitors' IP addresses and request details to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse, under its own privacy policy. Like any website, our servers record technical details of each request, such as the IP address, the time and the page, and use them only to run and secure the site. The website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Correspondence
If you contact us we keep the correspondence to answer you and improve the product. Attach log or crash files only if you are comfortable sharing the file and folder names they contain.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold, to object to its processing, or to complain to a supervisory authority. Write to [email protected], use the support form, or write to us by post at the address below, and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
We will post changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date. Material changes affecting what the software sends will be shown in the software before they take effect.
