End user licence agreement

This agreement is between you and LearnLogos.com, 2336 Lineville Road, Suite H, Green Bay, Wisconsin 54313, United States ("we", "us") and covers the AllMailFound software, its updates and its documentation (the "Software"). By installing or using the Software you accept this agreement. If you do not accept it, do not install the Software.

1. Trial

You may use the Software free of charge for seven (7) days from first installation on a PC, for evaluation. No payment details are required for the trial. After the trial the Software continues to index but searching requires a licence key.

2. Licence

On payment we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on up to two (2) Windows PCs that you personally use. Each PC is activated against our licence server, which counts activations. To use the Software on a different PC you move the licence there ("Use this PC instead"), which signs the other PCs out; moves are limited to one per day, and more than ten moves in thirty days suspend new activations for thirty days. A licence for an organisation covers the number of people stated on the invoice, each on up to two PCs. The licence key identifies the licensee; do not share it.

3. Updates

The licence is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It includes every update and new version of the Software released for as long as we offer the Software for sale, unless your licence key states a shorter period. Versions released within that period keep working after it ends.

4. Restrictions

You may not sell, rent, lend or sublicense the Software; remove or circumvent the licence check; reverse engineer the Software except where the law allows it regardless of this clause; or use the Software to access data you are not authorised to access.

5. Your data

The Software processes the e-mail data on your PC locally. We do not receive it. Our privacy policy describes the limited information the Software sends and when.

6. Third-party components

The Software includes open-source components under their own licences: Lucene.NET and PdfPig (Apache License 2.0), XstReader (Microsoft Public License), and Microsoft WebView2 (Microsoft's terms). Their notices are included with the Software.

7. Warranty and liability

The Software is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, and our total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the licence. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Refunds

If the Software does not work for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and we will issue it. Refunds go back to the payment method you used.

9. Termination

This agreement ends if you breach it. On termination you must uninstall the Software. Sections 4 to 10 survive termination.

10. General

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. This is the whole agreement about the Software and replaces any earlier terms.

Version 1, effective 24 September 2026.
